Good: Nice location next to SHoreditch. Decent breakfast!
Bad: The staff was extremely rude! In particular the Asian man working at reception in the evening refused to give us our complimentary water. Our room was not serviced at all during our stay therefore no water was given to us (during a heat wave). Absolutely unacceptable behavior and this man should be allowed in front of guest!
