5Not restful
Good: It’s clean, comfortable, well located and the staff are excellent.
Bad: Somehow it was impossible to relax there. It’s difficult to put one’s finger on why; I think it was a combination of the room being over heated with too much noise from other guests , the downstairs rooms being too noisy, being expected to have my passport with me when I was in my own country, and lack of clarity about the cost of breakfast.

Good: I met up with my family. The location was very good.
Bad: There were stains on the carpet and duvet. Something in the bathroom was not screwed onto the wall properly. I made the bed myself whilst I was there. Therefore the cleaner did not have much to do when she came in.

7It was nice and convenient....
Good: Breakfast was great - a lot of options, food was good. Location is excellent and very convenient arriving from the airport. Room was a nice size, clean, and comfortable with air conditioning.
Bad: The placement of outlets were inconvenient and there should have been one on each side of the bed. I would also expect that a hotel like the Hilton would have more usb outlets to plug into to avoid only having to use an adaptor. I stayed in two different rooms during my stay and both rooms only had one USB outlet and both were broken.
